Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fragrance Hub. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Origins & Warehouses To ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery possible, your fragrances will be dispatched from the facility closest to your destination:

  • North American Orders: Fulfilled from our US Warehouse located at 501 N State College Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92831, USA.

  • European & International Orders: Fulfilled from our Head Office located in Paris, France.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Domestic US Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • European Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on your local customs processes (typically 7-14 business days).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Fragrance Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement. For more details, please refer to our 14-day Return and Refund Policy.
