Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fragrance Hub. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Returns You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The perfume has not been used, opened, or altered in any way (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team first at: contact@fragrancehub.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you can send the product back to the facility closest to your location.

3. Return Addresses Please ensure the item is securely packaged. Ship the product to one of our locations below based on your region:

  • For US & North American Customers: Fragrance Hub - US Warehouse 501 N State College Blvd Fullerton, CA 92831 USA

  • For European & International Customers: Fragrance Hub - Head Office Paris, France

4. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

5. Shipping Costs You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a return label was provided by us). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@fragrancehub.com with photo evidence so we can assist you and send a replacement.
